Sublevel Mine Survey · version 2026-10-05
In short: if you agree, we record how you play: your commands, the drone's path, what you marked and how you labelled it. We use this to train rescue robots and AI. We never collect your name, email, location, contacts, camera or microphone. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings.
Who we are
Sublevel Mine Survey is a rescue-drone training game run by Satyam. Contact us at satyamkumar35813@gmail.com.
What we collect, if you agree to share
- Gameplay: your commands (keys, taps, map clicks), the drone's flight path, battery and sensor readings during the flight, objects you marked and how you labelled them, how long each decision took, and the mission result and score.
- Your answers to the optional questions after a flight.
- Technical details: the game version and whether you played with keyboard and mouse or touch.
- A random player ID created by the game, so that your flights can be grouped. It is not linked to your name or any account.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, files, camera or microphone. Please don't type personal information into the free-text answer.
Why we collect it
Rescue drones and robots can't practise in real disasters. Recordings of how people make decisions in a realistic simulation help train and test them. We use your gameplay to:
- build datasets of human decisions for rescue robotics and AI research;
- improve the game and its training missions;
- show you your own scores and flight records.
Who we share it with
We may share or license gameplay data to companies and researchers who build rescue robots and AI. Shared data is identified only by the random player ID, never by your name. Our service providers also process the data on our behalf: Supabase (database) and our web host.
Our legal basis
We process your gameplay data based on your consent, given on the "Before you fly" screen. Sharing is only for players aged 18 or over.
If you play without sharing
Your flights stay in your browser's storage on your device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Your choices and rights
- Stop sharing at any time: Settings → "Share my flights" → Off. New flights then stay on your device only.
- Access or delete the flights you have already shared: email us your player ID (shown in Settings) and we will send you a copy or delete them.
- If you have a complaint, contact us first. In India you may also contact the Data Protection Board of India.
How long we keep it
We keep shared gameplay data for as long as it is useful for research and training, or until you ask us to delete it. Data that has already been included in a dataset given to a partner may not be recoverable from that partner.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects your data, the game will ask for your consent again.
